A modern meditation app built for the masses in FlutterFlow
Intentional Digital Space for Meditation
Christopher August approached us with a clear but ambitious vision: to launch a custom, branded community app that would allow him to both monetize his meditation teachings and cultivate a deeply engaged, organic community. Aesthetics were non-negotiable—every screen needed to reflect the intentional, calming, and elevated tone of his brand. But time was also of the essence: he needed a high-quality, fully functional platform ready for market within a compressed timeline.
The challenge was to deliver both form and function—an immersive, intuitive experience that captured his brand’s essence while supporting gated content, community interactions, and future scalability. From day one, our collaboration focused on speed without compromise, leveraging FlutterFlow to rapidly prototype, iterate, and launch a stunning experience that felt as refined as it was responsive.

Tight Deadline

He needed quality and speed in the deliverance of his application. He wanted the app to be deployed to both the App Store and Play Store and ready in time for his launch event 2 months after his initial contact.
Quick Design & Dev in FlutterFlow
Christopher August came to us with a task to build out a mobile application for his community. In a way that he could launch and manage content to serve to his free and pro tiered community. We took up the challenge and dove right into creating the custom widgets we needed to make this app work for the long haul.
Designing the app in FlutterFlow helped save us time and working from the start with design & dev helped us move in sync with the single goal of launching in mind.
Built out a referral system in FlutterFlow
We implemented a custom referral system for the B&B team along with Mailer Lite & RevenueCat integrations for subscription management.
Design & Development
We worked with his team to quickly turnaround the complete UI/UX of the application, leveraging some of the “Flows” that were created by FlutterFlow and template screens in order to keep quality and speed in mind, we were able to deliver and iterate on the design phase within 2 weeks.
We then transitioned into FlutterFlow, this transition was quite easy with the framework of the flows and templates and were able to turnaround the piece we could develop within FlutterFlow in the first two weeks of development.
We then brought in our development team to connect GitHub and implement the custom code pieces needed for an audio player that persisted in playing in the background and while using the application.

Kaleo Design has delivered a fully functional app and continues implementing key features on request. The team has completed tasks on time and communicated well via email, messaging apps, and virtual meetings. They also impress the client with their professionalism. Overall, the client is satisfied.
Project Launch & Media Presence Increase
We were able to deliver the mobile application along with an admin panel where the client could organize, create, and manage his content from the web admin panel.
Both projects were completed within 1.5 months after our first payment – this was all due to the client having clear requirements and the budget in order to keep us ahead of schedule for each milestone.
