Smart Scheduling and Asset Tracking for Field Teams
Project Overview
The team at this startup came to us to help utilize the funds they received from an incubator for tech startups. We were able to work with the team to launch a revolutionary product that will digitize a process in the field service management industry.
We worked over 7 months to launch 3 platforms and deliver a product that interacted with the same database and provided real time changes.

Problem Statement
The client had an idea, potential clients and industry expertise, they were lacking a technical partner to implement their ideas for both a mobile application for field workers and a web application created for managers of their organizations.
They also needed a super admin panel to manage their companies, users and activity on the platform. We built out the 3 applications within FlutterFlow and deployed to separate domains & app stores.
Digitizing oil field management
We worked on easy navigation for managers, knowing exactly what is in progress, pending and needing attention soon. We worked on implementing alerts for field workers so they could know where their next location was and how long it would take to travel there from their current site.
Capturing Vision & Turning into Reality

Design Solution
We worked with the team in order to help them implement the UI/UX and user flow for the entire product. The user personas we designed for were, Service Worker, Business Manager & Super Admin.
The idea was something we had run into in the past, a way to create tasks and manage assets in the field while assigning tasks to field workers so they could create a schedule and route for the day. This process was fun, being able to tackle such a large use case in a web app in FlutterFlow was challenging but with proper query caching and single time queries we were able to create a performant web app for the general everyday use that was required.
Turning Ideas into Reality for Launch
We were able to launch the initial POC for the client within 3 weeks, with this POC they were able to get validation from their investors and user group that this was a product they needed! We then spent the next 6 months working with the client to refine and implement the manager and admin portals in order to fulfill the SOW requirements.
This client is currently in ghost mode gathering feedback and & improving the product with their internal dev team, we are sharing the above case study with their permission.
