A modern nanny & parent communication platform for child safety
Intro
Diana from Stroller Patrol came to us with a task to redesign her application to modernize & improve the user experience of her application so that more users would engage with it and find the features that were the most beneficial. We were tasked with designing two experiences, one for caregivers (babysitters, nannies etc.) and one for parents.

Redesign & UX Improvements
Redesign an existing application while improving the user experience & branding to help bring it into the 21st century and beyond. We had to come up with a brand and color scheme that spoke to the users and matched the clients wants, needs & expectations. Along with carrying out the design language to all screens within the application; this app is fairly simple consisting of 32 screens with few variations in the content displayed.
Reimagined Social Feed
The client wanted us to create a more modern and elegant social feed that was tailored the user's needs. Social posts can be tagged as problems, alerts or danger in certain areas.
Small things matter
We took care of everything from the major user flows to the list views on sub screens within the application, with any new design system it is important to provide a fluid and cohesive experience in your entire application.
Solutions
We dove into ideation and visual layouts that would help highlight important aspects of the application for both the parents and the caregivers. We also worked with the client in choosing a new design system & color scheme for her application.
Conclusion
We were able to quickly redesign and provide a refined design system along with improved UX for the entire application along with designing the “service provider” experience which will provide a totally different experience from the parent application.
