Traditional systems for managing public health programs are fragmented, manual, and inequitable, especially when it comes to applying for grants, coordinating reviews, tracking impact, and disbursing funds.
Most organizations today — especially those in high-need regions — depend on disconnected tools like emails, spreadsheets, and PDFs, leading to wasted time, lost resources, and reduced effectiveness in responding to health crises or global development needs.
The WHO needed a modern, AI-native, modular platform to fix this — one that could make funding more accessible and program management more efficient.

Rich Custom Form Builder
The impAIct App incorporated a rich custom form builder featuring over 20 unique form elements, each meticulously designed to cater to the diverse needs of public health program applications.
This drag-and-drop interface empowered users to construct comprehensive applications with ease, allowing for the precise collection of information crucial for evaluating project viability and funding eligibility. The intuitive nature of the form builder was pivotal in creating a seamless experience, enabling stakeholders to tailor applications to specific program requirements, ultimately fostering a more efficient and effective funding process.
Conclusion
Through close collaboration — meeting three times a week to align workflows and features — our team delivered a high-fidelity MVP ready for FlutterFlow development.
